We require a 50% deposit to reserve all items. The balance is due 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up of the items. No items will be delivered or can be picked up without full payment.
A damage deposit is required for acrylic, china, crystal, glass items and flatware. Our items will be inspected thoroughly prior to being sent. We expect you to do the same upon arrival. We must be notified prior to your event in the case of any damage otherwise the piece will be deducted from your deposit. An individual replacement price list can be requested.
All cancellations must be made 30 days in advance and 100% or the deposit will be refunded. In the case of a cancellation less than 30 days in advance, we offer in-store credit for any future event within ONE YEAR.
